Art4Everyone needs a more liquid and professional way for customers to place orders and the orders to process hasslefree and thus, our solution to their problems is an E-commerce website. Rather than taking orders on their Facebook page and directing customers to the ecommerce website instead, Art4Everyone will be able to record and track placed orders more easily. | Also, they’ll be able to categorize and organize all of their products properly allowing users to easily surf the whole website which Facebook pages fail to provide.
With integrated online credit/debit card transactions, accepting payments and sending out a quick confirmation email or an invoice is much more professional as compared to sending a message in the payer’s Facebook inbox. |

TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
PROJECT ASSIGNMENT | On signing this proposal, Art4Everyone will officially acknowledge Copotron Web Solutions as the sole contractor for the project. |
PROJECT COMPLETION | Copotron Web Solutions will solely be responsible to maintain the estimated timeline of the project. However, Art4Everyone must cooperate with Copotron Web Solutions with decision making in terms of design and development and should inform them about suggestions and changes in due time. Copotron Web Solutions will not be accused of deadline delay if the client requests for changes after the whole website has been developed. |
PAYMENT | All payments will have to be billed by the client as per the expenditure overview given in the proposal and has to be sent to Copotron Web Solutions within the first 10 days of each month. |
HIRING AND CONTRACTING | During the duration of the project, Copotron Web Solutions hold the authority to hire part-time/full time employees and assign them a role in this project if they feel an extra hand will help the team deliver the project within the deadline. |
COPYRIGHT | Upon completion of the project and full payment, Copotron Web Solutions will hand over all the contents used to build the website, starting from graphical contents to copy drafts and codebases to Art4Everyone and they and only they will be the sole owner of the assets. However, Copotron Web Solutions will have the right to showcase images of the completed project as an example in their portfolio. |
PRIVACY POLICY | Copotron Web Solutions does not use client’s personal information for advertising purposes. None of the data of clients are shared with anyone except for within the company and we do not keep records of assets used for the website of one company for reusing in another website. |
