Be sure to protect the items that are staying with tarp or plastic, and get to work tearing out everything else.
5.INSTALLATION COMPLETION
Possible delays: aspects of this may vary, depending on site conditions and the arrival time of the materials.
6.FINAL STEPS
When the last item on your punch list is complete, it’s time to pay the remaining percentage to your contractor!
